Analista de Marketing Digital III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead the visual and functional development of digital experiences in the area.

• Create layouts for websites, landing pages, and institutional pages.

• Develop experiences focused on conversion and usability.

• Participate in the creation of digital journeys and A/B testing.

• Ensure visual consistency across brands and products.

• Support UX/UI decisions alongside the product and development teams.

• Build wireframes, prototypes, and navigation flows.

• Identify opportunities for improvement in user experience and performance.

• Mentor and guide junior designers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related fields.

• Proficiency in Figma.

• Experience with web pages and landing pages, digital design, and UX/UI.

• Knowledge of responsiveness, mobile behavior, and digital accessibility.

• Understanding of CRO and conversion optimization.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with development and SEO teams.

• Strong user experience vision.

• Capability to balance aesthetics, usability, and conversion.

• Analytical and results-oriented mindset.

• Excellent communication and multidisciplinary collaboration skills.

• Organized and self-sufficient.

• Experience in digital marketing or growth.

• A/B testing experience is a plus.

• Familiarity with design systems is an advantage.

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a bonus.
