Algorithmic Trader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Engage in trading a diverse array of financial instruments.

• Create, sustain, and enhance trading strategies and algorithms.

• Operate trading desks effectively.

• Oversee the execution and management of complex trading portfolios while mitigating risk.

• Collaborate on projects with IT department developers.

• Address challenges, develop new tools, and/or devise innovative strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Graduated between 2023 and 2025, ideally in a STEM discipline.

• Demonstrated strong mental arithmetic and analytical skills (assessed).

• Possess 1 to 3 years of experience in any programming language, including a minimum of 1 year of professional/commercial experience (assessed).

• Have a thorough understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.

• Proficient in English.

• Willingness to relocate to Dubai.

• Participation in national competitions is a plus.

• High academic performance is advantageous.

• A sincere interest in algorithmic, high-frequency, and quantitative trading is beneficial.
