Alfresco Solution Consultant 2 – EMEA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collect business process and technical requirements from client stakeholders.

• Assess design and configuration efforts based on agreed-upon requirements.

• Create and implement solutions utilizing best practices and application development tools.

• Develop documentation that outlines the requirements of the solution.

• Present configured solutions or prototypes to clients.

• Test configured solutions and address any issues that arise.

• Produce training materials and lead customer training sessions.

• Formulate and implement migration plans for production environments.

• Establish upgrade plans and carry out software upgrades.

• Engage in infrastructure discussions to ascertain system infrastructure needs.

• Oversee project budget, scope, and timelines.

• Report issues to project managers and senior team members.

• Transfer essential information to technical support teams.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• Proficient in scripting, system architecture, or relational databases.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong investigative and analytical capabilities.

• Competence in asking probing questions and appropriately escalating issues.

• Well-organized and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

• Team collaboration skills and self-driven project management.

• Experience in gathering requirements, designing solutions, and configuring software in a client-facing consulting environment.

• Ability to exercise sound judgment in complex customer scenarios.

• Experience in developing training materials and conducting end-user training sessions.

• Understanding of infrastructure concepts.

• Willingness to travel up to 30% annually, with flexibility for additional travel.
