Album Designer – Contractor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Design and create albums for clients utilizing the Artifact Uprising editor, a third-party proofing system, and Adobe software as necessary.

• Select and organize customer images.

• Timely communication with the Account Manager, Program Manager, and clients.

• Report bugs or suggest improvements in designated Slack channels.

• Conduct phone consultations with Design Service clients when requested.

• Manage daily direct email communications with Design Service clients.

• Effectively oversee multiple projects and deliver drafts promptly, ensuring on-time completion.

• Contribute additional revenue to the company while providing exceptional customer service.

• Position starts in October 2026; the assignment may conclude as early as January 2027, depending on workload.

⛳️ Requirements

• Availability to work between 15–35 hours per week, with hours based on volume and not guaranteed.

• Flexible working hours.

• Outstanding communication, decision-making, leadership, and organizational abilities.

• Strong visual composition skills, including design framing and balance.

• Proficient problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

• Familiarity with Asana, Slack, and Adobe tools is advantageous.

• Ability to communicate directly, efficiently, and empathetically, both verbally and in writing.

• Keen attention to detail and a proven track record demonstrated in previous work.

• Capacity to maintain a positive demeanor.
