This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Assist the global sourcing team with property assessments and market RFPs in alignment with each client's requirements for airline business lines.
• Facilitate sourcing for crew and distressed passenger accommodations and transportation.
• Carry out assigned administrative tasks.
• Conduct site and market evaluations as necessary to finalize property selections and support the assessment process.
• Learn to assess and negotiate RFP terms and rates for crew and distressed passenger RFPs.
• Keep track of market price fluctuations and highlight risks and opportunities.
• Become an expert in the hotel market within a designated region.
• Create pricing comparisons and conduct analyses to present the final hotel/transportation options.
• Draft market intelligence reports for smaller cities to supplement final submissions.
• Recognize potential savings and revenue opportunities in various markets.
• Engage in communication with hotels.
• Evaluate hotels and transportation providers based on client criteria.
• Prepare, present, and deliver necessary outputs.
• Build relationships with hotel and transportation providers.
• Travel and perform hotel site and market visits as required.
• Report directly to the Global Director of Airline Sourcing and frequently collaborate with teams and departments.
• Complete additional duties as assigned.
• Proficient in English; additional languages are a bonus.
• Strong understanding of both the Aviation and Hospitality Industries is advantageous.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach to forming partnerships and alliances.
• Excellent time management, prioritization, and follow-up abilities.
• Preferred strong negotiation capabilities.
• Solid financial insight and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficient in computer skills, with advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to learn new platforms and tools.
