Airbnb Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel.

• Develop and refine property listings, including photographs, descriptions, and SEO strategies.

• Apply dynamic pricing strategies to optimize revenue generation.

• Handle bookings and foster positive guest relations.

• Address inquiries and manage check-ins and any disputes that may arise.

• Organize cleaning and maintenance teams between guest stays.

• Identify and engage with new property owners interested in outsourcing their property management.

• Supervise and track activities through the ALB platform.

• Potentially establish a team of City Managers via the referral program.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold independent contractor or freelance status.

• Strong ability to persuade and cultivate trusting relationships with property owners.

• Self-motivated with a high degree of autonomy.

• Interest in creating a sustainable long-term income stream.

• Experience in real estate, sales, or related fields is beneficial but not mandatory.

• Extensive training will be provided.
