AI/ML Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning models for various applications, including classification, regression, natural language processing, computer vision, and recommendations.

• Collaborate with data engineers to construct and sustain data pipelines that support ML model training and inference.

• Assess and choose suitable algorithms, frameworks, and architectures tailored to each problem.

• Train, validate, and optimize models by adhering to best practices to prevent overfitting and promote generalization.

• Deploy models in production environments and create resilient inference pipelines.

• Monitor model performance after deployment and establish strategies for model retraining and drift detection.

• Work alongside product and engineering teams to embed AI features within applications.

• Execute experiments, document results, and share insights with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Keep abreast of developments in AI/ML research and evaluate their relevance to the business.

• Contribute to MLOps practices, tools, and infrastructure.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in machine learning engineering, data science, or a related discipline.

• Expertise in Python and key ML libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or comparable frameworks.

• Comprehensive understanding of machine learning principles, including supervised and unsupervised learning, model evaluation, and feature engineering.

• Experience in deploying ML models in production settings, encompassing APIs, batch pipelines, or embedded systems.

• Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis utilizing Pandas, NumPy, and SQL.

• Strong software engineering practices, including version control, testing, and maintaining code quality.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
