This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and implement AI-driven solutions that enhance clinical trials and optimize patient outcomes.

• Design sophisticated machine learning models and large language model-based agents for patient recruitment, enrollment predictions, and study feasibility assessments.

• Broaden the architecture of the AI knowledge base.

• Construct resilient data pipelines and deploy models at scale utilizing contemporary cloud technologies and MLOps best practices.

• Utilize Python, Clojure, AWS services, dbt, Prefect, and CI/CD automation with monitoring capabilities.

• Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, designers, engineers, and subject matter experts.

• Embed AI functionalities into Care Access products and clinical research processes.

• Keep abreast of advancements in ML/AI and transform prototypes into production-ready features.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5+ years of practical experience in developing and deploying machine learning solutions in production environments at scale.

• Demonstrated capability to execute end-to-end machine learning pipelines, from data ingestion to model deployment for real-world use cases.

• Expertise in Python and its machine learning ecosystem, including libraries such as pandas, scikit-learn, and TensorFlow/PyTorch.

• Commitment to clean and efficient coding practices.

• Experience in handling large datasets and crafting intricate SQL queries.

• Familiarity with modern data processing frameworks.

• Experience with contemporary cloud infrastructures such as AWS or equivalents.

• Proficiency in containerization tools like Docker.

• Understanding of MLOps best practices, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and model performance/data drift monitoring.

• Strong grasp of machine learning principles, including model selection, training, evaluation, and feature engineering.

• Knowledge of statistical modeling techniques.

• Familiarity with NLP and large language models.

• Capability to develop effective, efficient, accurate, high-performing, and maintainable machine learning solutions.

• A passion for accelerating clinical trials and enhancing patient outcomes.
