AI Workforce Enablement Consultant – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Develop and steer the workforce enablement strategy for AI-driven workflow and role adaptations.

• Create and implement enablement initiatives that promote authentic adoption.

• Prepare managers to guide their teams through transitions, addressing readiness, providing support, and navigating challenging discussions.

• Convert revamped workflows into distinct role expectations, required skills, and enablement strategies.

• Create effective toolkits, engaging learning experiences, and resources for managers.

• Provide guidance and facilitation across Talent, HR, and AI departments.

• Ensure that enablement is established prior to shifting accountability.

• Assess progress through indicators of behavior change, readiness, and friction.

• Continuously enhance the strategy based on feedback from employees and managers.

• Support enterprise-wide AI transformation and workforce enablement initiatives throughout the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in workforce transformation, people enablement, or executing talent-side changes.

• Proven history of driving genuine behavior change rather than merely delivering training or communications.

• Proficiency in working within or alongside HR/Talent systems, including role design, skills assessment, learning, and performance management.

• Strong judgment, independence, and perseverance in dynamic environments.

• Capability to identify resistance and customize facilitation and support accordingly.

• Practical curiosity and hands-on experience with AI-enabled working methods.

• Consultant-like intuition for functionality, creating and facilitating solutions that people will embrace and continue using.

• A mindset characterized by curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn as roles and workflows evolve.
