AI Video Editor – Direct Response Videos

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Design and produce compelling Direct Response video advertisements for ecommerce products utilizing in-house content, user-generated content (UGC), and various creative resources.

• Employ creativity and narrative techniques to engage the target audience and enhance conversion rates.

• Develop video advertisements tailored for YouTube and TikTok.

• Keep abreast of platform-specific trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to optimize ad performance.

• Analyze target audience preferences, behaviors, and challenges.

• Customize video ad content to cater to particular demographics and interests.

• Collaborate with marketing strategists, graphic designers, and copywriters to guarantee cohesive and impactful campaigns.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in video editing.

• At least 1 year of experience in producing Direct Response video ads.

• Proficient in creating video advertisements for YouTube and TikTok.

• Capable of managing multiple edits and projects in a dynamic environment.

• A portfolio demonstrating Direct Response video ads in the e-commerce industry.

• Comprehensive understanding of e-commerce marketing and the skill to convert product features into engaging video content.

• Innovative and creative thinker capable of exploring unconventional ideas.

• Strong narrative skills to craft emotionally impactful video content.

• Competent in effectively presenting concepts and collaborating with team members.
