AI Video Editor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Produce approximately 8 short-form videos daily, each typically around 60 seconds in length.

• Create videos and images utilizing tools such as Google Flow Studio, OmniFlash, Nano Banana Pro, ChatGPT Images, Kling, and Seedance.

• Employ ElevenLabs and other AI resources for voiceovers or supplementary content as necessary.

• Reconstruct video concepts based on supplied examples, scripts, references, and detailed guidelines.

• Adhere to the specified visual style, brand standards, and creative direction.

• Implement feedback and make modifications to enhance quality and consistency.

• Consistently deliver assigned videos on schedule.

• Uphold high production quality while achieving daily output requirements.

• Organize files, versions, and deliverables for review purposes.

• Communicate proactively and seek clarification when instructions are ambiguous.

• Engage in team check-ins and video meetings with the camera activated.

• Familiarize yourself with the team's workflows, tools, content styles, and expectations using the provided guides, scripts, and reference videos.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in creating AI-generated videos and images, or proven expertise with pertinent AI tools.

• Strong comprehension of English to interpret scripts, instructions, and visual references.

• Good visual judgment, meticulous attention to detail, and capability to identify high-quality content.

• Dependable attendance, consistency, and accountability.

• Willingness to participate in video meetings with the camera on.

• Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time.

• Proficient in using AI video and image generators, including Kling, Seedance, Nano Banana Pro, ChatGPT Images, and similar tools.

• Skill in crafting clear prompts and iterating until the output aligns with a reference.

• Experience with ElevenLabs or comparable AI voice tools for producing natural-sounding voiceovers.

• Basic skills in video assembly and refinement, including trimming, captions, and audio adjustments.

• Capacity to organize files and versions in a high-volume daily environment.

• A computer equipped with a minimum of 8GB RAM and an Intel i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 processor or superior.

• Internet connection with a minimum speed of 40MBPS.

• A headset featuring an extended noise-cancelling microphone and a webcam.

• A backup computer and internet connection.

• A quiet, dedicated workspace at home.
