AI Video Editor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Edit a significant volume of high-quality Meta advertisements: approximately 25 ads along with 10 variations in progress each day, generating about 10 new concepts weekly for each avatar.

• Create short-form content for Instagram for Josh's account.

• Edit long-form videos for YouTube.

• Process long-form videos into clips and highlights utilizing the AI pipeline.

• Transform complete client testimonials into coherent before-and-after advertisements.

• Pre-edit and organize testimonial-database clips for easy drag-and-drop usage by any editor.

• Share insights and learnings with the broader editing team.

• Develop and manage an AI editing pipeline for tasks like transcription, clip selection, cropping, captions, assembly, video cloning, and B-roll.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the editing pipeline.

• Educate current editors on the AI editing workflow.

• Attain a first-pass approval rate of 70% or higher and ensure edits are launched on schedule.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with an AI-driven editing workflow utilizing Claude Code or another AI agent/editing platform to automate tasks such as clip selection, cropping, captions, and assembly; capability to articulate a functioning pipeline.

• Proficiency in AI avatar and voice production using tools like HeyGen, ElevenLabs, or similar platforms.

• Background in generative AI video production with tools like Seedance, Veo, Kling, or equivalent.

• Expertise in crafting short-form direct response advertisements, focusing on elements such as hooks, pacing, captions, and audience retention for Meta, Instagram, and YouTube.

• Consistent practice of tracking and experimenting with new AI editing tools.

• Familiarity with Meta's advertising policies is advantageous but not mandatory.
