AI Video Editor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Edit a substantial volume of high-quality Meta advertisements, approximately 25 ads along with 10 variations daily, and develop around 10 new concepts each week per avatar.

• Create short-form content for Instagram tailored for Josh's account.

• Edit long-format YouTube videos.

• Generate clips and highlights from long-form content utilizing the AI pipeline.

• Transform full-length client testimonials into coherent before-and-after advertisements.

• Pre-edit and organize clips from the testimonial database for easy drag-and-drop access by any editor.

• Share insights and learnings with the broader editing team.

• Develop and manage the AI editing pipeline for tasks such as transcription, clip selection, cropping, captioning, assembling, cloning videos, and incorporating B-roll.

• Troubleshoot and repair the AI editing pipeline when issues arise.

• Provide training to current editors on the AI workflow.

• Achieve a first-pass approval rate of 70% or higher and ensure edits are launched on schedule.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with an AI-driven editing workflow utilizing Claude Code or similar platforms to automate clip selection, cropping, captioning, and assembly; ability to explain a pipeline that has been effectively implemented.

• Proficiency in producing AI avatars and AI voiceovers using tools like HeyGen, ElevenLabs, or comparable technologies.

• Expertise in generative AI video creation using platforms such as Seedance, Veo, Kling, or their equivalents.

• Skills in crafting effective short-form direct response advertisements, focusing on hooks, pacing, captions, and audience retention for Meta, Instagram, and YouTube.

• A proactive approach to tracking and experimenting with new AI editing tools.

• Familiarity with Meta's advertising policies is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Full-time commitment required.

• A minimum of 3 hours of daily overlap with Central European Time is essential.
