AI Tool Support Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Formulate IT cybersecurity strategies and roadmaps that align with organizational objectives

• Utilize CMMC, NIST-800-171, and CIS cybersecurity frameworks

• Propel innovations in security enhancements across infrastructure streams

• Identify and evaluate security concerns within IT infrastructure

• Design and implement enterprise-wide security measures

• Assess technologies and processes that improve security capabilities

• Create and execute solutions for security enhancements

• Address information security challenges necessitating infrastructure response

• Act as a technical escalation point for IT Cyber team operations

• Generate and escalate P1 incidents for urgent vulnerability response

• Review and assess Wiz for Gov vulnerability findings for escalation and remediation

• Oversee security vulnerabilities throughout AFS infrastructure

• Advance server patch compliance and eliminate outdated software

• Develop, test, document, and deliver deployable work products

• Assist Product Owner in backlog refinement and sprint planning

• Collect user and stakeholder feedback

• Break down sprint stories into tasks and estimate efforts

• Update on progress and escalate any obstacles

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen residing on U.S. soil (mandatory)

• Proven experience in Cyber Security

• Familiarity with Agile methodology

• Capable of working independently on moderately complex tasks while collaborating effectively

• Must have work authorization in the United States without any current or future visa sponsorship

• Experience in Cloud Security Posture Management with Azure, AWS, or GCP (bonus)

• Experience with Wiz.io’s Wiz for Gov platform (bonus)
