AI & Test Automation Architect – Full-time, Part-time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Design and improve contemporary test automation frameworks for enterprise applications.

• Create scalable testing frameworks for web, API, and end-to-end evaluations.

• Incorporate test automation within CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructures.

• Provide guidance to development teams on Quality Engineering best practices.

• Assess and implement cutting-edge AI-driven methods for software testing.

• Contribute to the evolution of AI-enhanced Quality Engineering for clients.

• Assume technical leadership of testing strategies, frameworks, and automation standards.

• Construct modern testing architectures and automate intricate end-to-end processes for clients in banking, insurance, and the public sector.

• Analyze the application of AI-driven testing methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a relevant equivalent.

• Multiple years of professional experience in software testing, test automation, and test architecture.

• Extensive knowledge of popular automation tools (e.g., Selenium, UFT, Playwright, Tosca, Appium).

• Proficient in at least one programming language (Java, Python, C#, JavaScript).

• Strong background in CI/CD environments (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps) and version control systems (Git).

• Strategic and analytical mindset paired with a practical approach.

• Excellent communication skills, along with experience in client consulting and presentations.

• Familiarity with API, integration, and end-to-end testing.

• Proficient in German (C1) and possess very good English skills.

• Willingness to travel occasionally to client locations throughout Germany.
