AI Technical Co-Founder

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lebanon.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of YARA's product development, overseeing the process from initial prototype to scalable product.

• Utilize user and customer testing along with feedback to steer the development process.

• Establish metrics for measuring product performance.

• Create a comprehensive testing and evaluation framework.

• Set up engineering practices to ensure quality and efficiency.

• Assemble the founding team as the company expands.

• Collaborate with Mindsets Ventures on product strategy, fundraising efforts, and the overall venture roadmap.

• Provide recommendations for the next steps to advance the venture.

• Recognize when a significant pivot is necessary based on concrete evidence.

• Direct YARA's technical vision, architecture, and product strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in building and delivering production software as a full-stack engineer.

• Ability to take full responsibility for a product across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.

• Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure, including the structuring, storage, and retrieval of data for AI applications.

• Knowledge of how large language models are orchestrated.

• Experience as an entrepreneur, founder, or in early-stage startup engineering is advantageous.

• A strong entrepreneurial mindset with a readiness to take ownership.

• Comfort in navigating ambiguous, early-stage, and resource-limited environments.

• Capable of working with minimal supervision and leading the technical development from start to finish.

• A genuine interest in addressing the AI memory and context challenges.

• Ability to consistently challenge assumptions.

• Proficient in communicating complex technical concepts clearly and adapting messages to suit various audiences.
