📋 Description

• Enhance and resolve issues in current AI-driven workflows and automations.

• Integrate and connect Airtable, Google Workspace, and Notion effectively.

• Establish data flows between various systems to enable AI tools to access and utilize information.

• Collaborate with Claude and other AI tools to develop and perfect automated procedures.

• Optimize data organization throughout Airtable, Google Workspace, and additional systems.

• Review and improve the operations manual to uncover automation possibilities.

• Manage platforms to ensure data and records remain accurate and organized.

• Grasp business requirements and workflows to create suitable system solutions.

• Assess workflow viability and suggest practical process enhancements.

• Utilize Google Workspace administrative functions with greater efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with Airtable, Google Workspace, and Notion.

• Proven capability to connect various tools and platforms to construct workflows that facilitate system communication.

• Comfortable engaging with AI tools (such as Claude) and understanding their strengths and limitations.

• Strong grasp of business processes and operational functions.

• Ability to strategically approach workflow design.

• Skill in identifying automation prospects and conceptualizing practical solutions.

• Familiarity with technical concepts and proficiency in troubleshooting problems.

• Extensive coding knowledge is not a prerequisite.
