
AI Solutions Architect β Pre-sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Work closely with the sales team to engage clients and prospects, gaining insights into their security challenges, objectives, and infrastructure needs.
β’ Perform product demonstrations and presentations that highlight the features, functionalities, and advantages of AI security solutions.
β’ Design tailored security solutions by applying cybersecurity principles, AI technologies, and industry best practices.
β’ Lead proof-of-concept initiatives to assess the effectiveness and feasibility of solutions within client environments.
β’ Offer both pre-sales and post-sales technical support, troubleshoot issues, and assist with deployment and integration processes.
β’ Facilitate training sessions and workshops for clients and internal stakeholders.
β’ Collaborate with product management, engineering, and research teams to provide field insights and contribute to product enhancements and roadmaps.
β’ Keep an eye on market trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape in AI security.
β’ Demonstrated experience in a pre-sales or post-sales solution architecture position.
β’ Strong proficiency with Linux, including a solid understanding of GNU and Bash.
β’ Moderate to advanced experience in cloud technologies, with practical experience in infrastructure as code (IaC).
β’ Experience in Python programming.
β’ Proven track record in building advanced AI workflows using tools like LangChain and LangGraph.
β’ Familiarity with MLOps tools and environments.
β’ Ability to clearly articulate technical concepts and value propositions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
β’ Experience in conducting product demonstrations, proof of concepts (PoCs), and technical presentations.
β’ Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
β’ Capability to establish and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
β’ Self-driven with a strong passion for technology and a commitment to continuous learning.
β’ Willingness to travel as required to client locations and industry events.
β’ Experience with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes and CI/CD pipeline integration is beneficial but not mandatory.
