AI Software Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.

📋 Description

• Design, test, and implement software solutions utilizing AI-assisted development tools like Claude.

• Assess, validate, and enhance AI-generated outputs prior to deployment.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to comprehend business requirements, clarify needs, and swiftly prototype, iterate, and implement effective software solutions.

• Improve internal applications, workflows, automations, and integrations.

• Diagnose issues, identify underlying causes, and apply timely fixes or enhancements.

• Work together with internal developers, business teams, and external partners.

• Keep documentation updated for developed solutions, integrations, and workflows.

• Regularly assess new AI development tools and techniques to boost speed, quality, or efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of professional experience in software development.

• Practical experience with Claude or comparable AI development tools.

• Background in integrating applications with third-party systems or APIs.

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

• Proficient in working effectively within agile, iterative environments.

• Capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Experience in engaging directly with stakeholders to grasp business needs.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate various approaches and identify practical solutions.

• Proven ability to take ownership of and deliver assigned tasks with minimal oversight.

• Preferred: experience in identifying opportunities to leverage AI for enhancing internal processes or business operations.

• Preferred: experience in the telecommunications, fiber, or technology sectors.
