AI Safety Expert – English, Odia

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct red-team assessments on conversational AI models and agents utilizing jailbreaks, prompt injections, misuse scenarios, bias exploitation, and multi-turn manipulation techniques.

• Document failures, categorize vulnerabilities, and highlight systemic risks.

• Implement taxonomies, benchmarks, and playbooks to ensure consistent testing processes.

• Generate reproducible reports, datasets, and attack case studies.

• Evaluate AI outputs related to sensitive subjects, including bias, misinformation, and harmful behaviors.

• Discover vulnerabilities that automated testing may overlook.

• Broaden evaluation coverage and minimize surprises during production.

• Assist clients in enhancing the safety, robustness, and trustworthiness of their AI systems.

• Native proficiency in English and Odia.

• Strong discernment regarding language and content; ability to evaluate the accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness of AI responses, along with the ability to elucidate reasoning.

• Keen ability to identify subtle errors, inconsistencies, and gaps.

• Consistent adherence to guidelines and quality standards.

• Capability to clearly articulate reasoning to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Flexibility across various projects, task types, and client needs.

• Engagement as an independent contractor.

• Must be able to operate without access to confidential or proprietary information from other employers, clients, or institutions.
