AI Safety Expert, English – Danish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct red team assessments of conversational AI models and agents through techniques such as jailbreaks, prompt injections, misuse scenarios, bias exploitation, and multi-turn manipulation.

• Generate human data by annotating failures, categorizing vulnerabilities, and identifying systemic risks.

• Implement taxonomies, benchmarks, and playbooks to ensure consistent testing practices.

• Create reproducible reports, datasets, and attack scenarios for clients.

• Identify vulnerabilities that automated testing may overlook.

• Enhance evaluation coverage and minimize unexpected issues in production.

• Fortify customer AI systems, boosting their safety, robustness, and trustworthiness.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native proficiency in both English and Danish is essential.

• Previous experience in red teaming focused on AI adversarial tasks, cybersecurity, or socio-technical probing.

• Capability to test AI systems in an adversarial manner and push them to their limits.

• Familiarity with frameworks, taxonomies, benchmarks, or playbooks for structured testing methodologies.

• Proficiency in communicating risks effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Flexibility to adapt across various projects and clients.

• H1-B and STEM OPT candidates are not eligible.

• Preferred qualifications include expertise in adversarial machine learning, cybersecurity, socio-technical risk, and creative probing.
