AI Response Labeler – Korean Specialty

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct side-by-side evaluations of AI-generated responses to identify the stronger option.

• Assess responses for factual accuracy, relevance, completeness, clarity, reasoning, adherence to instructions, tone, and overall quality.

• Review content written in English, Korean, or a combination of both languages.

• Evaluate general inquiries and answers, web search results, tasks based on files, image-based responses, content generation requests, and both single-turn and multi-turn conversations.

• Utilize Korean language expertise regarding terminology, tone, regional conventions, idioms, and cultural context.

• Detect unsupported claims, incomplete reasoning, overlooked instructions, unnatural phrasing, cultural inaccuracies, and variances in usefulness.

• Implement scenario-specific annotation guidelines accurately and consistently.

• Make independent evaluation choices and document concise, evidence-based justifications.

• Complete evaluations within established time and productivity standards while ensuring accuracy.

• Engage in training sessions, guided practice, calibration, qualification assessments, and ongoing quality review activities.

• Integrate feedback and adjust evaluations to meet team and client quality expectations.

• Accomplish a minimum of 25 tasks daily, with most tasks averaging around 15 minutes each.

• Successfully finish the approximately 30-day onboarding and qualification program prior to commencing production work.

• Native-level or professional proficiency in Korean.

• Extensive knowledge of Korean linguistic conventions, regional vocabulary, idioms, tone, and cultural context as utilized in Korea.

• Strong English fluency and reading comprehension skills.

• Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities.

• Capability to evaluate content across various topics, formats, and task types.

• Proficiency in assessing factual accuracy, relevance, reasoning, clarity, adherence to instructions, cultural appropriateness, and overall usefulness.

• Ability to discern subtle differences in meaning, quality, tone, and user intent.

• Sound judgment in applying structured evaluation criteria to ambiguous or unfamiliar situations.

• Strong written communication abilities.

• Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on maintaining accuracy within time constraints.

• Capacity to learn and consistently implement intricate evaluation frameworks.

• Ability to work independently while adhering to collective quality standards.

• Comfort in performing repetitive, detail-oriented tasks for extended durations.

• Ability to receive feedback, recalibrate evaluations, and adapt as guidelines evolve.

• Candidates must have authorization to work in the United States and reside within a U.S. time zone.
