AI Response Labeler – Italian Specialty

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Conduct side-by-side evaluations of AI-generated responses to determine the stronger option.

• Assess responses for accuracy, relevance, completeness, clarity, reasoning, adherence to instructions, tone, and overall quality.

• Review content written in English, Italian, or a combination of both languages.

• Analyze general-purpose queries and answers, web search results, file-based tasks, image responses, content generation requests, and both single-turn and multi-turn conversations.

• Utilize Italian expertise regarding language, terminology, tone, regional conventions, idioms, and cultural context specific to Italy.

• Evaluate the quality of complete responses rather than focusing solely on grammar, translation, or fluency.

• Identify unsupported assertions, incomplete reasoning, overlooked instructions, awkward phrasing, cultural inaccuracies, and discrepancies in usefulness.

• Adhere to detailed, scenario-specific annotation guidelines with accuracy and consistency.

• Make independent evaluations for ambiguous cases.

• Document decisions and provide clear, evidence-based reasoning when necessary.

• Complete evaluations in accordance with time and productivity benchmarks.

• Maintain consistent judgment across a substantial volume of diverse assignments.

• Engage in training, guided practice, calibration sessions, qualification reviews, and ongoing quality assessment activities.

• Integrate feedback and modify evaluation decisions to align with team and client quality standards.

• Fulfill a minimum of 25 tasks daily, with the majority of tasks taking around 15 minutes.

• Native-level or professional fluency in Italian.

• Extensive knowledge of Italian linguistic conventions, regional vocabulary, idioms, tone, and cultural context specific to Italy.

• Strong proficiency in English with excellent reading comprehension skills.

• Robust analytical and critical thinking abilities.

• Capability to assess content across a range of topics, formats, and task types.

• Ability to evaluate factual accuracy, relevance, reasoning, clarity, adherence to instructions, cultural appropriateness, and overall usefulness.

• Aptitude for recognizing subtle distinctions in meaning, quality, tone, and user intent.

• Sound judgment when applying structured evaluation criteria to ambiguous or unfamiliar scenarios.

• Strong written communication skills.

• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy within designated timeframes.

• Capacity to learn and consistently apply detailed evaluation frameworks.

• Ability to work independently while adhering to shared quality standards.

• Comfort with performing repetitive, detail-oriented tasks over extended periods.

• Ability to accept feedback, adjust decisions, and adapt as evaluation guidelines evolve.

• Preferred: experience with side-by-side labeling, annotation, comparative content evaluation, or quality assessment.

• Preferred: experience in evaluating AI-generated responses or contributing to model quality assessment.

• Preferred: background in data labeling or annotation.

• Preferred: experience in evaluating search relevance, content quality, factual accuracy, or user-facing digital experiences.

• Preferred: experience with detailed guidelines, rubrics, or structured decision-making frameworks.

• Must successfully complete structured onboarding and qualification prior to engaging in production work.

• Must be available to work from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time during the approximately 30-day training and qualification period.
