AI Response Labeler – French Specialty

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Conduct side-by-side evaluations of AI-generated responses to identify the stronger option.

• Assess responses for accuracy, relevance, completeness, clarity, reasoning, adherence to instructions, tone, and overall quality.

• Review content written in English, French, or a combination of both languages.

• Evaluate various types of content, including general-purpose questions and answers, web-search results, file-based tasks, image-based responses, content-generation requests, and both single-turn and multi-turn conversations.

• Utilize expertise in French to address language, terminology, tone, regional conventions, idioms, and cultural contexts specific to France.

• Identify unsupported assertions, incomplete reasoning, overlooked instructions, awkward phrasing, cultural inaccuracies, and variations in usefulness.

• Accurately and consistently apply scenario-specific annotation guidelines.

• Make independent assessment decisions and provide concise, evidence-based justifications.

• Complete evaluations in line with time and productivity expectations, typically achieving a minimum of 25 tasks per day.

• Engage in training, guided practice, calibration, qualification reviews, and ongoing quality assurance activities.

• Integrate feedback and modify evaluation decisions to align with team and client quality standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native-level or professional proficiency in French.

• Strong familiarity with French linguistic norms, regional vocabulary, idioms, tone, and the cultural context relevant to France.

• High level of fluency in English and strong reading comprehension skills.

• Excellent analytical and critical thinking capabilities.

• Proficiency in evaluating content across diverse topics, formats, and task types.

• Capacity to assess factual accuracy, relevance, reasoning, clarity, adherence to instructions, cultural suitability, and overall effectiveness.

• Ability to detect subtle distinctions in meaning, quality, tone, and user intent.

• Sound judgment in ambiguous or unfamiliar situations.

• Strong written communication abilities.

• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy within time constraints.

• Capability to learn and consistently apply detailed evaluation frameworks.

• Ability to work independently while aligning with shared quality standards.

• Comfort with performing repetitive, detail-oriented tasks for extended periods.

• Willingness to receive feedback, recalibrate decisions, and adapt as guidelines evolve.

• Must successfully complete structured onboarding and qualification prior to production work.

• Preferred: experience with side-by-side labeling, annotation, comparative content evaluation, quality assessment, AI-generated response evaluation, model-quality assessment, data labeling or annotation, search relevance, content quality, factual accuracy, user-facing digital experiences, detailed guidelines, rubrics, or structured decision-making frameworks.
