AI Response Labeler – French Specialty

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Conduct side-by-side evaluations of AI-generated responses to determine which is more effective.

• Assess responses for factual correctness, relevance, completeness, clarity, reasoning, adherence to instructions, tone, and overall quality.

• Review content written in English, French, or a combination of both languages.

• Analyze general-purpose questions and answers, web-search results, file-based tasks, image-based responses, content-generation requests, as well as single-turn and multi-turn conversations.

• Utilize expertise in French language and culture, including terminology, tone, regional nuances, idioms, and context specific to France.

• Evaluate the overall quality of responses beyond mere grammar, translation, or language fluency.

• Identify unsupported assertions, incomplete reasoning, overlooked instructions, awkward phrasing, cultural inaccuracies, and variances in usefulness.

• Accurately and consistently apply scenario-specific annotation guidelines.

• Make independent evaluation choices in cases where guidelines do not yield a clear answer.

• Document decisions and provide succinct, evidence-based rationales when necessary.

• Complete evaluations within predetermined timeframes and productivity standards.

• Maintain consistent judgment across a high volume of diverse assignments.

• Engage in training, guided practice, calibration sessions, qualification reviews, and ongoing quality assurance activities.

• Integrate feedback and adjust evaluation judgments to align with team and client quality expectations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native-level or professional proficiency in French.

• Strong understanding of French linguistic conventions, regional vocabulary, idioms, tone, and cultural context specific to France.

• High level of fluency and reading comprehension in English.

• Advanced analytical and critical thinking skills that extend beyond language evaluation.

• Capability to assess content across diverse topics, formats, and task types.

• Ability to evaluate factual accuracy, relevance, reasoning, clarity, adherence to instructions, cultural appropriateness, and overall usefulness.

• Skill in recognizing subtle distinctions in meaning, quality, tone, and user intent.

• Sound judgment in applying structured evaluation criteria to ambiguous or unfamiliar situations.

• Proficient written communication skills with the ability to articulate evaluation decisions clearly and concisely.

• Exceptional attention to detail while maintaining accuracy within given time constraints.

• Capacity to learn and consistently implement detailed evaluation frameworks.

• Ability to work independently while adhering to shared quality standards.

• Comfort with performing repetitive, detail-oriented tasks for extended periods while maintaining focus, accuracy, and consistent judgment.

• Capability to receive feedback, readjust decisions, and adapt as evaluation guidelines evolve.

• Successful completion of an approximately 30-day onboarding and qualification program is required before commencing production work.

• Must meet established daily productivity benchmarks, typically a minimum of 25 tasks per day.

• Preferred: experience with side-by-side labeling, annotation, comparative content evaluation, or quality assessment.

• Preferred: experience in evaluating AI-generated responses or contributing to model-quality assessment.

• Preferred: background in data labeling or annotation.

• Preferred: experience evaluating search relevance, content quality, factual accuracy, or user-facing digital experiences.

• Preferred: familiarity with detailed guidelines, rubrics, or structured decision-making frameworks.
