AI Program/Project Manager – AI/ML Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Define the vision, scope, dependencies, and risks of AI/ML solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Develop and uphold the solution roadmap, prioritized backlog, and deliverables in partnership with Engineering.

• Oversee the delivery of top-notch AI/ML solutions while adhering to timelines, scope, and quality standards.

• Prioritize the AI/ML solution roadmap and rapidly deliver high-value MVPs.

• Collect and present updates, metrics, and key results to leadership, executives, internal partners, and stakeholders.

• Act as a representative for the program and team in communications with executives and stakeholders.

• Convert business needs and challenges into clear problem statements and objectives.

• Identify business issues alongside R&D and Operations while assessing AI/ML opportunities, risks, and benefits.

• Collaborate with Operations for model deployment to production and continuous performance monitoring and optimization.

• Share best practices and work together with data science teams throughout the organization.

• Utilize data analytics to enhance program performance and meet strategic objectives.

• Fulfill annual performance review and goal-setting responsibilities, along with assigned special projects and tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

• Over 5 years of experience in technical product or program management.

• More than 4 years of experience delivering data product solutions within an AI/ML solutions portfolio, preferably in the healthcare sector.

• Proficient in product requirements with clear, measurable success criteria.

• Strong understanding of data engineering and AI/ML project lifecycles.

• Familiarity with data platform ecosystems; experience with Databricks is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to make informed trade-offs.

• Capability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Solid foundation in data engineering and product strategy.

• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and achieving results.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams across various time zones and geographical locations.

• Competence in handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively, with a strong sense of urgency.
