AI Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead and execute the comprehensive strategy and operational product roadmap.

• Identify value propositions, target customer demographics, and business cases for platform capabilities and innovations.

• Balance customer outcomes with portfolio priorities, revenue impact, margins, and financial objectives.

• Transform market needs into clear product specifications utilizing customer insights and business, financial, and industry expertise.

• Counsel and influence stakeholders on platform and portfolio strategy throughout planning, development, launch, management, and exit phases.

• Establish goal alignment and collaborate with value-chain partners to enhance delivery, adoption, lifecycle management, go-to-market execution, and business results.

• Potentially serve as a project lead and offer support to junior professionals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, or a related field of study.

• A minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.

• Technical proficiency and knowledge of the pertinent industry.

• Proven ability to formulate product strategy, including AI-driven capabilities, and guide teams to achieve outcomes.

• Strong business acumen utilizing data, analytics, and AI-driven insights.

• Expertise in cost-effective solution development and financial performance metric creation and analysis.

• Technical understanding and knowledge of the networking support industry.

• Capability to convert AI and cloud-based solutions into product-specific guidance and technical enablement for teams.

• MBA or advanced degree in computer science or engineering is preferred.
