AI Product Evangelist, Community Builder – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Investigate emerging features, integrations, and capabilities of the agent as they become available

• Develop practical, innovative, and unforeseen AI use cases and share insights and findings with the team

• Go beyond conventional examples to discover new workflows and applications

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to investigate potential applications

• Produce engaging demos, tutorials, posts, and reusable resources

• Disseminate information on emerging AI capabilities, relevant advancements, and informed user insights

• Cultivate relationships within Reddit threads, Discord channels, and various AI enthusiast communities

• Connect innovative users and intriguing projects with the product team

• Facilitate collaborative experiments, demonstrations, challenges, and activities

• Incorporate user insights, discussions, and emerging behaviors into product opportunity recommendations

• Collaborate directly with the team developing a next-generation consumer AI agent to promote adoption

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in exploring products, testing releases, discovering unexpected use cases, and engaging with others

• Hands-on experience with AI agents or advanced AI platforms, including building tools, executing complex workflows, or automating tasks beyond conversational prompts

• A portfolio of projects, demos, tutorials, workflows, or public contributions showcasing product fluency and innovative applications

• Experience in building or actively contributing to an AI or technology community

• Ability to create clear and engaging content that aids users in understanding capabilities, reproducing use cases, and maximizing product value

• Experience in identifying user needs, product limitations, and emerging behaviors, and translating observations into actionable recommendations

• Practical knowledge of utilizing agents, bots, integrations, or automation to enhance community engagement and minimize repetitive tasks

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Capability to authentically engage enthusiast communities and collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams

• Ability to independently prioritize tasks, test ideas, fulfill commitments, and adapt as product capabilities evolve

• Direct experience as a power user of the product is highly preferred

• Extensive experience with another leading AI agent or platform is pertinent

• A formal community management title is not necessary
