AI-Native Motion Designer, Animator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Develop, produce, and deliver high-impact marketing videos for CrazyLabs games utilizing AI video technology.

• Manage comprehensive creative processes, which include prompt engineering, model selection, iteration, and refinement.

• Integrate AI-generated visuals with motion graphics in After Effects and Premiere to create purposeful, branded, and strategically-aligned assets.

• Collaborate with UA managers, game designers, and creative leads to transform ideas into AI-enhanced video content.

• Conduct rapid test-and-learn cycles by creating variations and optimizing based on performance data.

• Assess new AI video models.

• Research and analyze competitors in the market.

• Share insights with the team to influence CrazyLabs' advertising development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive practical knowledge of AI video tools (Runway, Kling, Veo, Seedance, Midjourney video, or similar).

• A portfolio or showreel showcasing polished, brand-aligned video projects created using AI pipelines.

• Proficient in prompt crafting and guiding generative models toward a specific creative vision.

• Over 3 years of experience in motion design/animation within the mobile gaming sector.

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere, Animate, Photoshop).

• Expertise in editing, compositing, and merging AI footage with both 2D/3D assets and original motion design.

• Quick, iterative thinking approach.

• Team-oriented mindset and able to remain composed under tight deadlines.

• Experience utilizing AI for ideation, storyboarding, and stylized content production.

• Familiarity with the Unity engine is a plus.

• A strong passion for mobile games and gaming culture is highly desirable.

• Ability to work within the European Time Zone.
