AI Motion & Video Designer, MENA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Create short-form and in-stream videos (9:16 primarily, along with 16:9) ranging from 5 to 30 seconds.

• Develop social motion graphics, GIFs, and videos for 4:5 feeds and 9:16 Stories and Reels.

• Edit and merge brand footage, product UI captures, and raw creator content into high-performance assets.

• Assist with simple photo and video shoots for original content generation.

• Tailor global and regional videos for local markets, incorporating Arabic supers and right-to-left layouts.

• Create master templates and motion systems to enable swift and consistent cutdowns and resizing.

• Provide final files that meet specifications for distribution to the media agency.

• Utilize generative AI tools such as Gemini, Veo, and Imagen for brainstorming, storyboarding, asset creation, and enhancing production efficiency.

• Experiment with new models and techniques, sharing successful outcomes with the studio.

• Uphold quality and brand standards across all AI-assisted outputs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in motion design and video editing within an agency, studio, or in-house team.

• Proficient in After Effects and Premiere Pro (or equivalent); skills in Cinema 4D or 3D are advantageous.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in short-form social and performance video.

• Practical experience with generative AI tools in motion or video production.

• Familiarity with Arabic typography and right-to-left layouts is highly beneficial.

• Comprehensive understanding of platform specifications and best practices for YouTube, Meta, TikTok, and programmatic video.

• Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.

• Efficient, organized, and adept at managing multiple deliverables simultaneously.

• Keen eye for detail, pacing, and storytelling.
