AI Integrations Staff Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess and choose suitable AI models for products based on business requirements and needs.

• Create and develop evaluation frameworks.

• Set up observability platforms to track AI performance in production environments.

• Work in conjunction with the data science team to refine AI models.

• Create and sustain AI-driven application features utilizing Python.

• Evaluate and verify AI model performance in practical scenarios.

• Address and resolve issues as they occur.

• Keep up-to-date with AI developments and discover opportunities for product innovation.

• Collaborate closely with the CTO and engineering team, as well as other departments, to enhance the platform and products.

• Integrate and optimize existing commercially available AI models instead of creating and implementing new machine learning models.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in software development.

• Proven experience in building a successfully deployed production application using a modern web framework.

• In-depth knowledge of AI models.

• Familiarity with agent SDKs and agent harnesses.

• Experience in fine-tuning AI models.

• Strong engineering principles with various back-end technologies.

• Capability to design new features around data models, ensuring accuracy, security, and performance.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
