AI Innovation Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop applications powered by AI utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs)

• Create intelligent AI agents and enterprise copilots

• Leverage machine learning to tackle operational and business challenges

• Design proof-of-concept projects using cutting-edge AI technologies

• Investigate Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and enterprise knowledge management

• Analyze real-world enterprise datasets to extract insights and enhance decision-making

• Build predictive, optimization, and analytics solutions

• Collaborate with diverse teams to deliver groundbreaking AI solutions

• Research and assess new AI tools, frameworks, and methodologies

• Contribute to tangible enterprise AI projects across manufacturing, commercial vehicles, engineering, supply chain, finance, and digital operations

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing or have recently completed an undergraduate or graduate degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field

• Strong academic record and a demonstrated enthusiasm for learning

• Excellent technical problem-solving skills, with programming experience; knowledge of Python is advantageous

• A solid grounding or keen interest in Agentic AI, Applied AI, Data Science, machine learning, analytics, algorithms, or statistics

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams

• Curiosity, creativity, and a strong desire to explore AI technologies

• Genuine interest in leveraging AI to generate measurable business outcomes

• Legally permitted to work in the United States

• Helpful but not mandatory: Familiarity with Generative AI and Large Language Models, prompt engineering, machine learning frameworks, SQL and data analytics, APIs, software integration, automation, enterprise platforms, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, or modern analytics platforms
