This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +20 more states.
• Develop and sustain intelligent AI agents throughout the customer lifecycle, which encompasses campaign ideation, audience exploration, competitive analytics, and account-based sales assistance.
• Oversee the generation of prospect lists, including waterfall enrichment, sequencing, response management, and facilitating meeting transitions to Account Executives.
• Create prompt templates, define tools, and establish Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines utilizing internal content libraries and CRM data.
• Enforce safety protocols, protect Personally Identifiable Information (PII), filter content, and set production guardrails.
• Monitor token usage, latency, costs, sending infrastructure, and email deliverability.
• Ensure compliance with regulations such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
• Conduct A/B testing on prompts and workflows.
• Analyze pipeline generation, meetings scheduled and conducted, time-to-first-touch metrics, and time saved for Account Executives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to convert operational challenges into AI-driven initiatives.
• Lead pilot programs and develop user enablement documentation.
• Report directly to the Senior Director of Demand Generation and Marketing Operations.
• 1–3 years of practical experience in building or managing AI/ML applications and LLM agentic workflows.
• 1–5 years of experience in RevOps, Marketing Ops, or Sales Ops within a B2B SaaS context.
• Proficiency with LLM APIs, including those from Anthropic and OpenAI.
• Experience in prompt engineering.
• Basic knowledge of Python.
• Familiarity with Clay or similar platforms.
• Experience with webhooks and automation tools like Zapier, Make, and n8n.
• Proficient in Salesforce and Marketo.
• Comfortable working with Claude Code and MCP connectors.
• Understanding of email deliverability dynamics and compliance requirements.
• Experience in measuring ROI through KPIs such as conversion rates, deliverability health, and pipeline development.
• Ability to convey technical AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Must reside in the United States and possess legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Must live in one of the specified states: DC, FL, GA, IL, LA, ME, MD, MA, MI, MO, NE, NJ, NC, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, VT, VA, WV.
• Must already have authorization to work without current or future visa sponsorship; Quorum does not provide work authorization, relocation assistance, or visa sponsorship/transfer.
