AI Engineering Manager – 4 Openings Available

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more locations.

📋 Description

• Develop full-stack features on AWS and Azure utilizing Claude and other models.

• Collaborate with users and the business on a daily basis within a pod.

• Ensure quality through testing and evaluations on all deliverables.

• Construct within the established solution design and identify any design gaps.

• Establish engineering standards within the pod and mentor less experienced engineers.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of experience in software or AI development, including 1 to 2 years in a leadership role.

• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript, covering both backend and modern frontend (React or similar).

• Experience with RAG and agent implementations in production environments.

• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines (such as GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar).

• Knowledge of REST APIs and enterprise data integration.

• Experience with AWS or Azure, including the deployment and operation of cloud-native workloads.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Exposure to Agentic DevOps tools (agentic coding tools, evaluation-driven pipelines).

• Familiarity with vector databases and LLM observability in production.

• Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform or Bicep).

• Exposure to healthcare or higher education sectors, including environments governed by HIPAA or FERPA.

• AWS Machine Learning Engineer - Associate, or Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102 or its successor) certifications.
