AI Engineering, Delivery Manager – Retail

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Lead strategic technology services in an enterprise environment within the retail sector.

• Take responsibility for various managed services on behalf of the client.

• Coordinate assigned personnel and monitor service delivery, commitments, and quality.

• Manage and track budgets, costs, margins, and profitability.

• Participate in commercial negotiations, contract expansions, and identification of new business opportunities.

• Plan resources and capacity while managing priorities and risks.

• Drive the adoption of AI-Native practices within teams.

• Promote work models based on Generative AI, agents, copilots, and automation.

• Measure the impact of AI on productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.

• Oversee multiple multidisciplinary teams comprehensively and ensure client satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in managing projects, programs, or technology services.

• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Service Delivery Manager, Program Manager, or similar roles.

• Experience in the retail sector or companies with high operational and technological complexity.

• Experience managing multidisciplinary and distributed teams.

• Strong background in software development, architecture, or digital engineering.

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and service management models.

• Experience working with delivery and quality metrics.

• Familiarity with cloud ecosystems, digital platforms, data, and integration.

• Understanding of AI from an organizational transformation and delivery perspective; advanced programming skills are not necessarily required.
