This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create engaging, dynamic conversation flows for outbound sales and follow-up calls, as well as for a support/sales chatbot.
• Implement logic for intent handling, objection management, and human escalation.
• Develop structures for the chatbot knowledge base and processes for content updates.
• Transcribe and assess existing Zoom Phone/AWS calls.
• Evaluate tone, sentiment, professionalism, and compliance according to established QA criteria.
• Integrate outcomes from calls/chats, transcripts, and summaries with GoHighLevel and/or CRM systems.
• Design for future adaptability across platforms such as 8x8, Vonage, RingCentral, and Ooma.
• Assist with future client-facing deployments.
• Uphold restricted access and data protection standards for customer call information.
• Manage the execution of the project from start to finish within a solo, defined-scope engagement.
• Participate in IT meetings and management check-ins as needed to assess progress.
• Proven experience in developing conversational AI systems (voice and/or chat) on an LLM platform, beyond just scripted IVR/decision-tree bots.
• Familiarity with audio transcription and speech-based AI pipelines (OpenAI, Gemini, AWS, or similar).
• Experience with CRM and telephony API integrations (GoHighLevel or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of data security and restricted-access management for call recordings.
• Experience with sentiment and speech analytics tools is a plus.
• Prior experience in transforming an internal AI tool for external/client utilization is advantageous.
• Experience with VoIP/telephony APIs, such as Twilio or Vonage, beyond GHL is beneficial.
• A portfolio showcasing relevant and comparable work.
• A Request for Quotation (RFQ) outlining proposed work, implementation strategy, inclusions/exclusions, estimated timeline and hours, total and recurring costs, required TeamFicient inputs, risks, limitations, and assumptions.
• Willingness to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Project Agreement prior to receiving complete project details and credentials.
• Availability to undergo a background check.
