Senior Generative AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop, assess, and refine AI-driven systems

• Work collaboratively with fellow engineers to tackle real-world challenges

• Create production-ready AI applications that incorporate advanced Generative AI features

• Design robust, testable, and observable solutions

• Establish agentic workflows utilizing orchestration frameworks

• Develop chat-oriented user experience functionalities

• Assess and supervise LLM models in a production setting

• Perform A/B testing and implement observability techniques

• Create and utilize synthetic datasets for assessment and testing

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder residing in the United States

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or a minimum of 10 years of experience in software development or the AI sector

• Over 7 years of comprehensive software development experience

• At least 2 years of direct experience with Generative AI systems

• Familiarity with the advantages and limitations of various foundational models

• Advanced skills in Python, particularly with AI/ML libraries and tools

• Proficient in prompt engineering, including structured prompt creation and enhancement

• Experience in creating agentic workflows and utilizing orchestration frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph

• Knowledge of human-in-the-loop (HITL) workflows and considerations for agent UX

• Background in developing chat-based user experience features

• Strong grasp of best practices in context engineering

• Proven ability to evaluate and monitor LLM models in production, including A/B testing and observability methods

• Experience in generating and utilizing synthetic datasets for evaluation or testing purposes

• Experience in a startup environment; adept at adapting to multiple roles and navigating uncertainty

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with clarity and effectiveness

• Nice to have: experience in integrating agents via Model Context Protocol (MCP)

• Nice to have: background in fine-tuning open-source LLMs and overseeing LLM Ops workflows

• Nice to have: familiarity with AWS, voice APIs, or multi-modal LLMs
