AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement AI and Generative AI solutions, such as LLM-powered applications, chatbots, and intelligent systems.

• Create and enhance prompt engineering strategies, focusing on evaluation and iteration.

• Construct RAG pipelines utilizing vector databases.

• Incorporate LLMs and AI models into cloud-based applications and APIs.

• Execute agent-based workflows and AI automation solutions.

• Investigate, assess, and utilize new AI tools, models, and frameworks.

• Work collaboratively with clients, merging technical knowledge with business insight.

• Provide tangible business value through innovative AI-driven solutions across both rapid prototypes and production-grade deployments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with Python for developing AI applications.

• Practical experience with LLMs and Generative AI (e.g., OpenAI, open-source models).

• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering in real-world applications.

• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or comparable frameworks.

• Background in designing and implementing RAG architectures and working with vector databases (e.g., Qdrant, Pinecone, Weaviate).

• Experience in building and deploying AI-enabled applications in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Knowledge of AI safety, guardrails, and responsible AI practices.

• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
