📋 Description

• Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and various communication channels.

• Deliver precise information about products, services, accounts, or customer issues.

• Address customer problems professionally and escalate complex matters when required.

• Assist with sales inquiries, recommend products/services, and conduct follow-ups.

• Process customer requests, documentation, appointments, orders, or account modifications.

• Ensure accurate maintenance of customer records and update information in CRM or internal systems.

• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service standards.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer issues are effectively resolved.

• Manage sensitive customer information with discretion and confidentiality.

• Achieve established customer service, productivity, and quality benchmarks.

• A minimum of 1 year of relevant customer service or client-facing experience is preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Proficient in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and other business software.

• Openness to learning new systems, products, and procedures.

• Experience providing support to US, Australian, or international clients.

• Familiarity with CRM, ticketing, phone, or healthcare/insurance platforms.

• Sales or upselling experience is a plus.
