This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Concentrate on intelligent agents and agent-based AI solutions (Agentic AI), realizing innovative applications for business processes and products.

• Design, implement, and enhance AI use cases centered on agent-based systems.

• Incorporate Agentic AI into current systems and platforms to streamline and enhance processes.

• Expand agents into multi-agent systems and enhance their coordination, communication, and collaboration.

• Evaluate business needs and pinpoint scenarios where agent-based AI delivers additional value.

• Work alongside data scientists, developers, and business units to execute complex AI scenarios.

• Consistently assess and refine agent systems to boost efficiency, learning capabilities, and adaptability.

• Produce technical documentation and provide user training.

⛳️ Requirements

• Educational background in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Robotics, or a similar field.

• Strong expertise in the development and execution of intelligent agents and agent-based AI systems (Agentic AI).

• Familiarity with multi-agent systems, reinforcement learning (RL), decision-making, and autonomous behavior.

• Experience working with data lakes.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with structured thinking.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Capacity to convey complex data analyses in a straightforward manner through visualizations or other methods.

• Skills in task prioritization and time management.

• Ability to quickly learn and address new business domains and challenges.

• Awareness of data validity and associated biases.

• Organizational capabilities with a focus on detail and accuracy.

• Outstanding communication skills and business fluency in English.

• Intercultural competence.

• Proficiency in Python coding.

• Experience with Databricks.

• Familiarity with SAP S/4 Hana and SAP BW.

• Potential knowledge of PowerBI (Editor), Alteryx (Editor), and SAC (Editor).
