AI Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Develop and improve full-stack AI applications utilizing .NET and contemporary front-end frameworks with guidance from senior engineers.

• Incorporate AI/ML models, APIs, and services into corporate applications.

• Create responsive, intuitive interfaces employing modern web technologies.

• Engage in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, development, testing, and iterative product delivery.

• Provide product features that deliver measurable benefits to end-users and stakeholders.

• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, developers, and product stakeholders.

• Produce clean, maintainable, and testable code adhering to design patterns, coding standards, and secure development practices.

• Keep abreast of advancements in AI capabilities, .NET updates, cloud services, and front-end frameworks.

• Maintain technical documents, implementation notes, and materials for knowledge transfer.

⛳️ Requirements

• A college degree or equivalent experience is required.

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.

• Proficient in applicable technologies.

• Capable of following technical instructions and guidelines.

• Ability to document daily tasks and system functionalities.

• Competent in working within a team setting.

• Proven ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, at all levels of the organization, internally and externally.

• Willingness to travel as necessary for business and be available on-call.

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Experience with Microsoft .NET technologies such as C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, or Entity Framework.

• Proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

• Experience in integrating APIs, AI services, or machine-learning capabilities.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar tools.

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban.

• Working knowledge of relational databases and SQL.

• Understanding of secure coding practices, scalable application design, and cloud environments.

• Familiarity with SOLID principles, dependency injection, and layered application architecture.
