AI Delivery Orchestrator, Squad Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the tactical implementation of a specialized AI team

• Ensure the prompt delivery of functional agents and the achievement of regulatory phase gates

• Manage execution at the squad level for Experience or Product/Finance, taking full responsibility for phase gates

• Collaborate directly with Prudential domain squads to address obstacles and align on requirements

• Propel the timely delivery of MRM artifacts and provide updates on sprint health

• Track Shadow Mode advancements and oversee the transition from development to certification

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in Agile delivery management for AI or complex software initiatives

• Knowledge of the AI engineering lifecycle (Reasoning layers, Guardrails, Evals)

• Background in risk-managed software delivery within the finance industry

• Project management certification (PMP, CSM) with an emphasis on technical delivery
