This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Design, develop, and manage end-to-end agentic workflows and process automations.
• Extract and prepare data from various systems including CRM, ticketing, finance, and product.
• Orchestrate Azure AI Foundry models within agentic frameworks using tool-calling and retrieval methods.
• Write results back into the systems of record.
• Implement evaluation, monitoring, and protective measures for production systems.
• Construct and maintain data pipelines and integrations.
• Develop baseline and impact measurement data, including metrics for hours saved and quality.
• Maintain and enhance Power BI reporting, semantic models, and reports.
• Assist business users in answering their own inquiries.
• Participate in discovery workshops and assess the technical feasibility of automation candidates.
• Determine whether each candidate should be custom-built, configured in Copilot Studio, addressed with SaaS-embedded AI, or omitted.
• Deliver 2–3 process automations in production within six months, complete with baselines and documented savings.
• Establish a structured BI support intake and create a measurement dashboard for monthly program reporting.
• Develop a reusable automation platform featuring shared pipeline patterns, evaluation harness, and monitoring.
• Contribute technical design to at least one larger process-reengineering project.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience building data pipelines and integrations in a production environment.
• Proficient in Python and/or C#.
• Strong skills in SQL and REST APIs.
• Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions, Blob Storage, and DuckDB.
• Hands-on experience creating agentic solutions utilizing LLM APIs such as Azure AI Foundry, OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with RAG, structured output, tool-calling, agentic frameworks, and evaluating model outputs.
• Daily usage of agentic coding tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Antigravity, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools.
• Capability to articulate where agentic coding tools enhance productivity and where they can lead to misconceptions.
• Working proficiency in Power BI, encompassing data modeling, DAX, and report design.
• Strong software engineering practices, including version control, code reviews, CI/CD, monitoring, and managing unattended systems.
• Excellent communication skills with non-technical colleagues.
• Ability to translate vague process descriptions into technical designs.
• Pragmatic mindset towards delivering functional 80% solutions and iterating on them.
• Capability to discern when automation is not the appropriate solution.
• Nice to have: experience in B2B SaaS operations.
• Nice to have: experience with Copilot Studio / Power Platform or extending SaaS-embedded AI functionalities.
• Nice to have: familiarity with privacy-aware data handling and GDPR.
• Nice to have: Dutch language proficiency if based in the Netherlands.
