AI Creator – AI Motion Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Create and develop captivating video and visual content for Clario applications on iOS and Android, as well as new mobile products, primarily utilizing AI creative tools.

• Engage in daily collaboration with the marketing team to assess acquisition results, marketing metrics, and campaign effectiveness.

• Generate innovative ideas and AI-driven strategies to enhance performance outcomes.

• Partner with the Creative Producer to produce high-performing creative assets.

• Evaluate campaign data to gauge the influence of AI-generated content on performance.

• Leverage insights for ongoing enhancement.

• Create variations of successful creative content informed by analytics and testing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of commercial experience in 2D animation or video editing.

• Strong expertise in Adobe After Effects for motion design and animation.

• Basic familiarity with Figma.

• Proven experience in crafting effective video creatives for Meta, TikTok, and Google, emphasizing performance and engagement.

• Practical experience utilizing AI tools in everyday workflows, such as Kling, HeyGen, Sonovid, Loveart, Higgsfield, or similar applications.

• Comprehensive understanding of animation and video editing principles, including composition, timing, and sound integration.

• Capacity to merge visuals, motion, and audio into compelling video content.

• Ownership mentality with a willingness to take responsibility and contribute to product outcomes.

• Comprehension of marketing metrics; experience with performance data is advantageous.

• Ability to swiftly transition from concept to execution, test hypotheses, and iterate based on insights.

• Data-driven and results-focused mindset.

• Strong self-organization and time management abilities.

• Familiarity with prompt engineering and structuring prompts for various AI tools is a plus.
