AI Content Operations Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire content production process: capturing, intake, AI-assisted creation, review, publication, and organization of the content library.

• Establish editorial guidelines, identify content-worthy moments, determine publishable assets, and set quality benchmarks.

• Coordinate with editors and creative personnel, ensuring every asset is reviewed prior to publication.

• Assess production speed, turnaround time, quality, audience impact, and the effect on the pipeline.

• Collaborate directly with the technical team to design internal pipeline tools.

• Facilitate ingestion from Zoom, Google Meet, Riverside, Loom, and other platforms.

• Enable the identification of high-value moments and the creation of titles, hooks, captions, and variations tailored to specific platforms.

• Assist in editing, approval, and scheduling processes.

• Implement pre-publication quality assurance checks.

• Maintain a prioritized list of automation opportunities, quantify the reduction of manual tasks, and transform these opportunities into technical proposals.

• Develop a scalable AI-powered media engine for WONWON's internal content operations.

• Create structured, predictable, measurable, and repeatable production workflows, aiming for over 500 high-quality content pieces each month by day 90.

• Contribute to the design of AI-assisted workflows that minimize manual tasks over time.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience managing a comprehensive content or media operation, whether in-house or on the agency side.

• Accountability for the entire pipeline rather than just a single stage.

• Demonstrated systems thinking, with a focus on designing, documenting, and improving processes in measurable ways.

• Practical experience utilizing AI in everyday tasks.

• Capability to articulate the impact of AI-restructured workflows.

• Strong editorial judgment, with the ability to explain the effectiveness of a moment, hook, or edit.

• Comfortable working independently and navigating ambiguity.

• Proficient in written and spoken English.

• Experience with tools such as OpusClip, Descript, Vizard, Submagic, CapCut, Canva, ClickUp, Slack, Google Workspace, Buffer, Metricool, or similar applications is advantageous.

• Experience in specifying or developing internal automations alongside an engineering team is a plus.
