AI Agent Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Create sophisticated AI agents utilizing platforms like ChatGPT or Claude.

• Actively engage in advanced AI agent development initiatives.

• Develop or collaborate on multi-agent AI systems.

• Address requests from team members and clients during regular business hours.

• Comprehend client requirements and work in conjunction with developers and designers.

• Enhance and support IT services delivery for Federal agencies served by Dynanet.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive, practical experience in developing complex AI agents using platforms like ChatGPT or Claude.

• Familiarity with advanced AI agent development that goes beyond basic prompting or prompt engineering.

• Valuable experience in developing or engaging with multi-agent AI systems.

• Preferred background in software engineering or development.

• Direct involvement in AI agent development projects, even if not in a lead developer role.

• Strongly preferred commercial-sector experience.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Highly organized, capable of prioritizing, balancing, and progressing multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

• Professional and collaborative interactions with teammates, clients, and business partners.

• Willingness and drive to challenge oneself and learn to enhance IT services delivery in Federal agencies.

• Strong judgment and creative problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to respond to team member and client inquiries via email, MS Teams, or other communication methods during standard business hours.

• Active listening and collaboration skills to grasp client needs and coordinate with developers and designers.
