Agentic AI Engineer – Google ADK

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Design and implement structured multi-agent architectures, including Sequential Pipelines, Parallel Fan-out/Gather, and Loop-based self-correction, utilizing Google ADK.

• Construct deterministic graph workflows that effectively integrate adaptive AI reasoning with explicit execution paths to ensure reliable outcomes.

• Develop, map, and integrate custom Agent Skills along with third-party tools such as Google Maps MCP, search tools, and bespoke enterprise APIs.

• Employ ADK evaluation tools to assess execution trajectories, control loop limits, prevent key collisions, and significantly reduce production hallucinations.

• Launch optimized agents to the Agent Engine (via Cloud Run / Google Cloud Platform), ensuring high availability, security, and low latency.

• Collaborate with product managers and core AI researchers to enhance the implementation of Gemini models ($Gemini\ 2.5\ Flash$, Pro, etc.) within agentic frameworks.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a relevant technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

• Over 2 years of experience in developing and deploying production-grade LLM applications or Agentic AI systems.

• Strong command of at least one primary language supported by ADK: either Python (e.g., managing virtual environments with uv or pip) or TypeScript/Node.js.

• Familiarity with the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) ecosystem, including Cloud Run, Vertex AI, Secret Manager, and Cloud Storage.

• Practical experience with the official open-source Google Agent Development Kit (ADK 2.0+).

• In-depth knowledge of multi-agent orchestration patterns, state graph architectures, and deterministic routing.

• Understanding of Model Context Protocol (MCP) and the seamless integration of external tools into LLM context windows.

• Experience in implementing robust CI/CD pipelines for AI applications (e.g., GitHub Actions, Terraform).

• A solid background in evaluation frameworks for AI agents to assess precision, recall, and tool-calling accuracy.
