This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Communicate with Claro Perú customers

• Enhance customers' mobile plans through promotions and discounts

• Engage in remote training sessions

• Work hours from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. or from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

• Enjoy Sundays and holidays off

⛳️ Requirements

• Secondary education

• Professional experience: less than 1 year

• Previous experience in a call center

• Availability to work 6 or 8 hours

• Flexibility for full-time or part-time hours

• Willingness to work remotely
