This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• 40 hours per week in the Customer Service & Support department via chats, emails, and calls.
• Paid training at 75% of the base salary.
• Working hours: Monday to Friday from 4:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. / Saturdays and Sundays from 4:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Availability for any assigned shift following training.
• High School Diploma / Secondary Education.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• At least 1 year of relevant professional experience.
• Base salary: $2,450,000 COP + $249,000 connectivity bonus + $120,000 telework bonus (during the first 3 months of operations).
• Contract for specific work.
• Remote work (from home).
• Direct shipment of equipment from Callzilla.
