This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Interact with agents on a daily basis to support task completion and streamline workflow
• Achieve a minimum 5% increase in agent adoption and engagement of S.MPLE each month
• Accurately manage over 50 incoming agent requests, ensuring high-quality deliverables
• Uphold departmental service-level agreements regarding agent communication and turnaround times
• Execute onboarding processes for new S.MPLE agents
• Utilize both internal and external AI tools and technologies
• Serve as the quality-control checkpoint prior to delivering requested work to agents
• Update and maintain databases, ensuring timely and accurate information entry, and generating reports
• Work closely with the brokerage team on agent onboarding and develop efficient daily practices
• Provide support to VIP agents and teams to foster business growth
• Coordinate with internal departments to enhance operations and address challenges
• Create repeatable and scalable standard operating procedures for the department
• Stay informed on real estate trends and competitive offerings to refine strategies and enhance services
• Ensure adherence to real estate regulations, company policies, industry best practices, data protection, and confidentiality requirements
• Maintain an understanding of SERHANT. ecosystem tools, resources, and technology
• Analyze challenges, propose practical solutions, and offer problem-solving support to agents
• Monitor agent performance and identify opportunities for efficiency in alignment with departmental KPIs
• Collaborate with the S.MPLE department head to establish annual OKRs and KPIs
• Engage in company training regarding internal systems, resources, and technology
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience, including 2-3 years in a high-level customer service role with direct client interactions
• Demonstrated experience in an office management or similar administrative capacity, preferably in the real estate sector
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and various software tools
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
• Strong attention to detail and precision in data entry and document preparation
• Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Familiarity with real estate transactions and contracts is advantageous
• Capacity to handle and maintain confidential information
• Strong copywriting abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without any current or future sponsorship
